When accessing the Digital Compliance Office (DCO), users have two login options, allowing for both traditional and secure modern authentication methods.
1. Login with Mail and Password
This is the traditional method, where you simply enter your registered email address and the corresponding password. Once these details are verified, you gain access to the dashboard and all available features.
2. Login via Single-Sign-On (SSO)
Users can also login via SSO. To use this, click on the Microsoft logo. In the next step, select the "Microsoft Business Account" option. You’ll then connect using your existing Microsoft account, providing you instant access to the system.
Using SSO requires that the user is set up in the DCO using the same e-mail address as used for the SSO login. On part of the DCO, SSO is then automatically available - no further setup required.
What is SSO and why is it beneficial? Single Sign-On (SSO) allows users to authenticate across multiple systems and applications using a single set of credentials. This is particularly useful in corporate environments, as employees don’t have to remember multiple passwords for different tools. Moreover, SSO enhances security by enforcing centralized security policies and authentication protocols, reducing the risk of password theft and simplifying access to key applications like Secjur.
