Privacy Request Overview

This feature provides a way to submit and manage requests, similar to support tickets, in different categories. You can choose from four distinct categories in the Request Manager:

  1. Privacy: For issues related to data privacy and compliance.

  2. InfoSec (Information Security): Concerning matters of information security.

  3. Anti-Money Laundering (AML): Pertaining to anti-money laundering concerns.

  4. Supply Chain: Addressing supply chain-related inquiries or problems.

Each category allows you to create and manage different requests specific to the nature of the issue or question you need to address.
