Onboarding Process Overview

Our onboarding process is a crucial step in ensuring the privacy and compliance of your digital operations. It's important to note that this process involves seven key steps, and you can distribute these tasks among different team members to streamline the process.

The Seven Onboarding Steps

  1. Gap Audit: This initial step involves conducting a Gap Audit to better understand your organization and its specific compliance needs.

  2. TOM (Technical and Organizational Measures): Following the audit, the next phase is to generate the first set of Technical and Organizational Measures (TOM).

  3. RoPA (Records of Processing Activities): The onboarding process includes creating the first Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) to document your data processing activities.

  4. Privacy Documents: You'll also be required to create and upload privacy documents as part of the compliance process.

  5. Website Privacy Policy: We'll guide you in reviewing and potentially updating your website's privacy policy to ensure it complies with the latest regulations.

  6. Employee Training: An essential aspect of compliance is organizing and implementing employee training on privacy matters.
