This article describes the Zendesk integration and how to connect your Zendesk account to the DCO.

Sign-in/Sing-up to zendesk.com

Save your team name from your URL as a tenant, it’s required to connect BambooHR integration.
https://{team_name}.zendesk.com/account. In our case it’s “testit3589“.

Hover pointer over “Zendesk Products” icon to show dropdown, then click “Admin Center”

Expand “Apps and Integrations” section and click “Zendesk API”

Mark the checkbox and click “Get started”

Go to “OAuth Clients” tab and click “Add OAuth client”

Give your client a name

Scroll down, fill in “Redirect URLs” and press “Save”

Copy your Client ID (Unique identifier) and Client Secret (Secret)
